These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winph9 ("winph9," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at winph9.one (the "Platform").

By accessing or using any part of the winph9 Platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

To register and maintain an account with winph9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems may not register as Players.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of a household member of winph9, its affiliates, or any game provider supplying games to the Platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other applicable gambling regulatory authority.
• You must not have a pre-existing winph9 account that was closed, suspended, or terminated by winph9 for any reason.

winph9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide such documentation to the satisfaction of winph9 may result in account suspension or termination and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the winph9 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winph9 may close all duplicate accounts and permanently ban the associated player.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information at all times. winph9 may, at its discretion, require you to verify any information provided before or after account creation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph9 account credentials, including your email address, username, and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. winph9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify winph9 immediately through the live chat support function.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, winph9 is required to verify the identity of players in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine Statistics Authority national ID, driver's licence, or passport) and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

winph9 accepts deposits via the following approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

• All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotion specifies a different minimum.
• winph9 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• winph9 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed as an approved method on the Platform at the time of deposit.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where operationally possible.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any outstanding KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.
• Where bonus funds have been credited, applicable wagering requirements must be met before the associated balance or winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. Refer to Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• winph9 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time.

winph9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or Philippine public holidays that affect bank operations.

winph9 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and leaderboard prizes. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below and any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified for each promotion.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

winph9 reserves the right to void bonuses and any related winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-claim bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or otherwise manipulating bonus conditions contrary to their intended spirit.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's specific terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.

All games available on the winph9 Platform operate according to rules published by the respective game providers. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all certified games are available and accurate to the best of winph9's knowledge at the time of publication. RTPs represent long-run statistical averages — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• winph9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical dealing and mechanical processes observable via live video feed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance. winph9 will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond this remedy.
• Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and settled in the game system. winph9 does not reverse settled game outcomes except in cases of documented technical error or rule violation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph9 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or software to play games or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human use.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the funding of illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any behaviour that harasses, threatens, or abuses winph9 staff or other players, whether in live chat or through any other communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit through a payment provider after the deposited funds have been played.

winph9 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Where a breach is confirmed, winph9 may immediately suspend the account, void any affected winnings, and report the conduct to relevant authorities as required by law.

winph9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the player.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach or fraud, winph9 will return the remaining verified balance to the player's designated payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting winph9 support through the live chat function. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending verification obligations or outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have been initiated.

All content on the winph9 Platform — including but not limited to the winph9 name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content licensed for display, text, graphics, audio, and video — is owned by or licensed to winph9 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of winph9.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

winph9's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

winph9's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

winph9 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing regulations. Your data is used for account management, KYC/AML compliance, payment processing, customer support, and, where you have consented, marketing communications.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the first instance, any dispute between you and winph9 should be directed to our customer support team via live chat or email. winph9 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority. winph9 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or dispute mediation process.

For disputes not resolved through the above channels, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

winph9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments — meaning changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the financial conditions of your account — will be communicated to you via the email address registered to your winph9 account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by regulatory guidance) may be made without advance notice and will be effective immediately upon publication.

The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
